Suggested use

Start slowly to allow your body to adjust. Begin with 10 drops for 3 consecutive days, then increase by 10 drops each day until reaching 2.5ml (40 drops) once or twice daily. Mix into juice or food to mask the strong concentrated mineral flavour — do not take straight.
Children age 1–3: 1 drop per 2.3kg of body weight.
To re-mineralise water: Add 5–10ml per 4 litres, or 0.5–1ml per 250ml glass of distilled, reverse osmosis, or purified water.
