Description: Made from millet grain, this gluten-free flour has a nutty, sweet taste. You can often cut sugar in recipes when you use it.
A little millet flour in bread makes it lighter with a crunchy crust, which many people find delicious. Used alone, millet flour may work in certain recipes, like those for pancakes or tortillas. However, for other baking or cooking projects, millet flour will require some type of binding agent like guar gum.
