Tart Cherries are a natural source of melatonin. Tart Cherries contain a nutritional goldmine of phenolic, which are naturally occurring plant compounds that have anti-inflammatory and antioxidative properties. The main type of phenolic in cherries are anthocyanins. The naturally occurring blend of phytonutrients and antioxidant compounds work synergistically to fight free radicals. Turmeric has been traditionally used as an anti-inflammatory in both the Chinese and Indian systems of medicine. Ginger is a natural source of the anti-inflammatory compound gingerol.
Suggested Use
Ideal for tropical smoothies, fruit cocktails & as a mixer. A delicious, natural topping for yogurt, ice cream, fruit, pastry and dessert.
Take 2 tbsp (30 ml) daily, or as directed by your health care professional. May be mixed with water, seltzer, juice or a beverage of your choice.
