* SuperfoodsNZ allows customers to pay by Visa , Matercard, Amex , Account to Account online banking PAY PAL , Western Union

* SuperfooodsNZ will not cancel an order once it has been paid for

*SuperfoodsNZ will accept returns only if faulty & not if purchaser changes their mind. Must be returned Within 7 days for full refund in original packaging with written reason for return.

* SuperfoodsNZ shall not be responsible for delays or failures in delivery of goods where postal or courier services have lost or wrongly delivered ; or delays from acts of weather

* Overseas customers, SuperfoodsNZ is only set up for Australia, postal and courier rates ( no other overseas countries ).

*”Goods and Services Tax” means tax levied under the Goods and Services Tax 1985 and includes any tax levied in substitution for such tax;

*SuperfoodsNZ does not accept any liability for any loss, liability or damage which the Purchaser or others may suffer as a result from the use of our products & services.

* SuperfoodsNZ needs your phone number and email address for delivery, if courier company should need to contact you.

The Purchaser agrees not to reproduce, modify’, redistribute or otherwise use any material, intellectual property or copyright contained in the SuperfoodsNZ website. The Purchaser agrees to indemnify SuperfoodsNZ against all damages, costs, penalties and expenses of SuperfoodsNZ protecting its intellectual property rights to the SuperfoodsNZ website and SuperfoodsNZ if the Purchaser either directly or indirectly infringes in any way SuperfoodsNZ intellectual property rights.

* Security All merchandise transactions entered on this site are administered and safeguarded through a secured webpage. The payment page on this site is hosted by DPS, this website will not collect and store any credit card information. We do not hold your credit card details on file electronically and each time you purchase you will be asked to re-enter your credit card details.

“You” means the Purchaser of SuperfoodsNZ.
“We”, “our”, “us” and ” SuperfoodsNZ ” means SuperfoodsNZ Natural foods and juices and any related company that provides the Purchaser with SuperfoodsNZ products or services

Monitoring: To maintain and improve the services we provide to you, we may monitor and record calls you make to us or we make to you.

Analytics: We will use web analytics information, supplied by Google Analytics to monitor and maintain our web pages and direct our marketing campaign.

Access and Correction: As per legislation you can access personal information that we hold about you by contacting us. If the information held by us is not current, inaccurate, or incomplete you may request correction’s to be made. If you consent to receiving emails or other communications from us, but subsequently change your mind, let us know and we will remove your email address and/or personal information from our data base.

Privacy Act 1993: These Terms of Trade do not affect the Purchasers rights under the Privacy Act 1993. Subject to any rights the Purchaser may have under the NZ Privacy Act 1993, material. (c) By using the SuperfoodsNZ website the Purchaser accepts these Terms of Trade. (d) Only to the extent it cannot lawfully do so, * SuperfoodsNZ excludes all liability it may otherwise have to the Purchaser or anyone else for any direct, indirect or consequential damage, loss, cost or expense arising out of the Purchaser’s use of,. In the event that liability is not excluded in law then; liability will not extend beyond refund of the full purchase price of the product purchased. (e) These Terms of Trade shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. * SuperfoodsNZ and Kauri Nest LTD trading as SuperfoodsNZ and the Purchaser shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand in respect of any dispute or proceeding arising out of these Terms of Trade. (f) These Terms of Trade are acknowledged by both parties as a legal document.
